Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp. recently completed their largest project for J. Crew to date: the build-out of their 41,000 sf offices located at 770 Broadway in New York City. Trinity successfully managed several extensive design revisions throughout the course of construction in order to turn the project over on time for J. Crew’s scheduled move-in date.
Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp. recently completed construction of the latest Max Brenner restaurant at 745 Boylston Street in Boston, MA. The 5,800 square foot restaurant celebrates founder Oded Brenner’s love for chocolate and includes chocolate pipes and warm tones throughout. The build-out was all encompassing and included some complex structural work to make room for new stairs and equipment.
Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp. has been awarded the renovation of the NY&Co. store at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City New York. Trinity recently completed construction of a temporary store that NY&Co. will occupy during the renovation. Construction will start in early March.

Phase one consisted of the first floor of the store which J. Crew will occupy while the remainder of the renovation is completed. This occupied renovation of this 50,000+ square foot store will Begin immediately. Trinity is currently finishing up a brand new Dick’s Sporting Goods store in White Plains, New York.
Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp. has been awarded the phased renovation of the three floor J. Crew store at 91 5th Avenue in NYC. Construction is underway on the basement and first floor of the store. Upon completion of this phase of the project J. Crew will reoccupy the first floor. The renovation will continue on the second and third floors while the first floor is occupied.
