Cohoes, New York – October 22, 2015 – Trinity Building + Construction Management is breaking ground across the Capital Region. In spring 2014, Trinity officially opened its newest office in Cohoes, New York and has since been awarded numerous projects, quickly climbing the ranks as a leading contractor and construction management firm in the area. Recognized as one of the fastest growing Inc. 5000 privately-held companies in the nation, Trinity is thrilled to bring its rich history and knowledge of the corporate, hospitality, retail, healthcare, multifamily and institutional markets to upstate New York.

“My focus is to provide value to every business/organization and project that Trinity touches in the Capital Region,” said Jason Perillo, Project Executive and head of the Cohoes office. A native of Amsterdam, New York, Perillo’s drive and passion for the growth and development of the area, paired with his strong leadership skills and wealth of knowledge and experience in the retail, restaurant, academic and multifamily markets, place him at the forefront of Trinity’s quick and continued success in the region.

Perillo and his team have already broken ground on nine significant projects in the area, with two of the largest being The Hamlet at Saratoga Springs, and Shelter Cove in Colonie.

The Hamlet at Saratoga Springs, a mixed use building comprised of 55 luxury apartments, commercial space and underground parking on Excelsior Avenue, has quickly earned the title of Saratoga’s trendiest new neighborhoods. Trinity has served as general contractor on buildings 2 and 3 of the project, and is now beginning pre-construction of buildings 4, 5 and 6. Shelter Cove is a large, phased multifamily development in Colonie, New York. This development includes 200 wood-framed units with recreational facilities and is located on the scenic Mohawk River.

Other Capital Region projects under Trinity’s management include the recently completed Smashburger in Saratoga Springs and the recently awarded Smashburger to be located in Niskayuna, two Speedway gasoline and convenience stores located in Johnstown and Queensbury, pre-construction of the Union Street Medical Arts office building in downtown Schenectady, the Pavilion Grand Penthouse renovation in Saratoga Springs, and more.

Trinity’s Executive Vice President, Paul Mancini, also a native of Amsterdam, New York, couldn’t be happier with the progress of the Cohoes office. Life-long friends and previous work colleagues,”It was just a matter of time before Jason and I reconnected again. And I’m glad he is leading our team in New York.”

Trinity Building + Construction Management is a nationally recognized firm with projects across the United States and Canada. The Cohoes office offers Trinity an on-the-ground opportunity to focus on the rapidly growing commercial and residential construction markets in and around New York State. The growth and impact that the Cohoes office has seen in just over a year of opening speaks volumes about Trinity’s commitment and mission to improve every organization that they touch.

Trinity’s President, Matt Kilty is pleased with the strides that the Cohoes team, under Perillo’s leadership, has taken to establish a name for Trinity in the Capital Region and beyond.”We are pleased to have a physical presence in New York and are excited to establish ourselves in the multifamily market in the area, as well as continue our growth in our existing markets. I have a great admiration for Jason Perillo and a relationship that goes back to when we were colleagues over 10 years ago. His strong multifamily background and experience provides an essential business function in helping to diversify Trinity’s markets. Perillo has been a catalyst in getting the new office ramped up and has been at the forefront of staffing with incredible local talent.”
