As Human Resources Generalist, Rosemary DeJoy guides and manages Trinity’s human resources services, including recruitment and hiring, benefits administration, training, and employee relations. Rosemary serves as a strong resource and advisor to Trinity’s staff in all HR-related matters. She is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing programs, policies, and processes that will sustain Trinity’s high-performance culture and continuously improve human resource support of Trinity’s business objectives.

My family, friends, and taking care of the people around me. I love to keep healthy and I do so by practicing and teaching yoga and spin classes. When I want to relax I’ll turn to knitting or a nice glass of red wine.
Assistant Superintendent Scott Dettenrieder began his career in construction as a carpenter, performing work on a variety of commercial and high-end residential projects. Scott’s strong software skills and communication skills are invaluable in the field; he uses both daily to ensure seamless scheduling and trade coordination as well as accurate, timely processing of key field documents. Scott can be counted on to go above and beyond for the team, giving his all to ensure the project’s success.
With over three decades as a superintendent and Union Carpenter under his belt, Robert Ezekiel has vast insight into all facets of the construction process. He has extensive experience performing occupied renovation projects in the academic, corporate and retail markets, many with fast-track schedules and challenging logistics. Robert is skilled at relationship management, and works closely and effectively with clients, architects, project management teams, subcontractors and permitting officials. His ability to meet project schedules while adeptly managing a jobsite make him an invaluable resource for clients.
I’m highly skilled at building in occupied spaces and I have the ability to analyze a situation and make decisions quickly in the field.

Shane Fallon began his career as a commercial roofer, specializing in sheet metal fabrication and installation, while at the same time working towards his degree in construction management. Immediately following graduation, Shane joined Trinity and was back out in the field, assisting with the daily management of construction activities. Shane brings his unwavering drive and positive attitude to the jobsite every day, making him a valuable addition to his project teams.
Being able to spend every day in the field, learning and become an even greater asset to my company.
I snowboard, play softball, can tear it up on a dirt bike, and I love to travel and enjoy life with my loved ones.
My proudest moment so far was my first start-to-finish restaurant renovation out on my own as the head super.
